3 Bedroom Villa with Sea Views with additional one bedroom Apartment ( twin beds) ( so villa sleeps 8 in total ), Close to the Beach, La Cala and Amenities.

A Bright, traditional, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, villa, which has been built on one level, in an elevated position, with an additional apartment downstairs.

Large kitchen, very well equipped, with all kitchen equipment, utensils, including, dishwasher and washing machine, plus breakfast bar.

Open style lounge, with two large sofas and dining room, seating up to 6, with several patio doors leading on to various terraces with a private swimming pool. In the lounge area, there is satellite television with multiple movie, sports etc channels and there is internet connection throughout the villa, which is free of charge. There are sun-beds on the terraces, together with an outside dining table and chairs for Al fresco dining. There are also electric sun shades on the terrace, to sit and relax under, when you have had just a little bit too much sun.

The pool is surrounded by terraces which get the sun all day, with views to the sea.

Several more covered terrace areas for those who may wish a bit of shade.

Spacious bedrooms, master bedroom having king size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower overhead.

Two twin bedrooms, plus one main bathroom with shower overhead.

The villa is all on one level. The villa and apartment are air-conditioned throughout.

The one bedroom Apartment is downstairs, has twin beds and its own kitchen and bathroom, allowing for 8 people to stay comfortably.

The villa is in the La Cala de Mijas area, and is only a short walk, to the beach. (You may want to get a taxi back up to the villa, as it is situated on a hillside)

La Cala village has loads to do. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, to suit everyone's tastes and budgets.

The nearest Supermarket is at the foot of the hillside.

La Cala de Mijas (English: Mijas Bay) forms part of the Municipality of Mijas in the province of Málaga, Andalusia, southern Spain. In the middle of the Costa del Sol, La Cala is located in the coastal zone of the municipality, and except a few rocks is practically urbanized within a 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) radius. It sits between the limits of Fuengirola to the east, and Marbella to the west. With a population of over 24,000 inhabitants, the town is dedicated to tourism, but has some municipal services such as health centers, schools, house of culture and library. Of ecological importance is the sea floor, which houses a rich biodiversity with the coexistence of a large number of European, African, Atlantic and Mediterranean species.
