The property is ideally located in the heart of the area but is set in a quiet street so you have the best of both worlds. We had everything we could have wanted, and more. Just like a home from home with more than ample supplies of all the basics, and the addition of a few little unexpected luxuries. The owners visited on our first evening to ensure we were happy with everything and were more than willing to offer advice and recommend restaurants etc. Both terraces were spacious and easily accommodated outdoor dining and catching the last rays of the sun. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would be more than happy to stay here again on our next visit. Excellent. On arrival the owners had left us a basket of fruits and lots of bottled water which was so appreciated as we were very hungry after a long international flight they also left us 2 gifts which was so thoughtful.The apartment was well stocked with household cleaning supplies & laundry detergent it also had shampoo & shower gel which was so thoughtful.The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and was very cosy and comfortable with a lovely Spanish flair.The apartment also had great wi-fi. We truly had a wonderful vacation in Mijas and so loved this apartment that we have already booked this apartment for a month next year. Description

Centrally located Duplex apartment in the heart of Mijas Village with large sunbathing terraces.

Located on the top 2 floors of a typical white washed village house is this 3 bedroom apartment.

The property is only 5 metres distance from Calle San Sebastian – the most famous street in Mijas – with its Wine Museum, restaurants and shops.

On the First floor there is an open plan Kitchen/dining room, the comfortably furnished lounge which has patio doors leading out onto a large terrace, and a double bedroom with twin beds.

The lounge has dual air conditioning and a special pellet burning stove for the cooler winter months. The kitchen is well equipped including full oven facilities and the terrace has a table seating 6, large parasol and BBQ. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, one being a child’s bedroom – please note that because of the size of the bed this room can only be used by a child and not an adult.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and there is a second bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a dual air conditioning unit. Patio doors lead out from the Master Bedroom onto a second large terrace equipped with sun beds. The terrace has views over Mijas Pueblo, the mountains and the sea.

Facilities include: wi fi internet, English channel television, dual air conditioning, fridge freezer microwave, toaster, BBQ, kettle.

Prices: high season 700€, mid season 650 low season 550€

Also available for winter rental from 1st November to 30th April for 700€ plus utility charges.

Area activities

Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.
