The access to the apartment is on the ground floor so it is suitable for clients with mobility issues. It offers 2 double bedrooms; the Master bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite shower room; the second bedroom with twin beds and the use of the second bathroom also fitted with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have under floor heating.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and patio doors lead out onto the balcony which has sea views. There is an open plan kitchen area with top of the range kitchen equipment including oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher. In addition a washing machine and dryer are available.
Fibre optic wi fi is available and the television offers 300 channels including languages such as English, Russian, German, French. You Tube and Netflix are also available. We recommend you bring your own log in details for Netflix.
The property is designed to maximum space, light and comfort. In the entrance hallway there is a control for the integrated dual air conditioning and the electric blinds. The hot water system too is of the latest technology.
There is lift access to both the underground garage where there is an allocated garage space available for your use, and to the infinity swimming pool and sunbathing area which enjoys panoramic coastal and sea views. There is also a small gym in the complex.
Within a short drive of the well connected AP7 motorway connection to the Airport, Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella or Benalmadena are all within very easy reach. For keen golfers there are a variety of excellent golf courses within 20 to 30 minutes' drive. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes' drive away.
We offer a second holiday rental apartment in the same complex so both can be booked if 2 families want to holiday together.

Features
Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.
