Within less than 5 minutes' drive of the A-7 Motorway and just 20 minutes of Malaga Airport you will find this property. There is a gated entrance leading into the Driveway. Access to the villa itself is via an electric operated gateway.
The Villa is completely private and not overlooked. There is a very pretty patio area leading to the Entrance Door.
On entrance there is a spacious Hallway leading through to the Lounge with its beamed ceilings. The adjoining open plan Dining room is curved with a superb copula.
The Kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fitted units, granite worktops, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and large fridge. There is a separate very large room used as a Larder with chest Freezer and washing machine. There is a door leading from the individual lock up garage into the Kitchen so that unloading shopping is easy.
The bedrooms are as follows:-
Bedroom 1 has Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with full bath facilities.
The Master Bedroom is south facing with double bed, triple wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with full bath facilities. There is an adjoining Room which can be used as a third bedroom and has a double Sofa Bed.
The villa has dual air conditioning throughout.
Exterior: The lounge leads out onto a patio with dining table and chairs and awnings. Steps lead down to the large level gardens with fruit trees. The garden is extremely large, very private and not overlooked. The swimming pool is Kidney shaped and fenced in. There is a large built in BBQ, an outside bathroom for pool use with shower and a second patio.
There is a tennis court nearby which is private and which can be used.
Sleeps maximum of 6 guests.

Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.

Pros:fijne vakantiewoning op mooie plek Huis schoon en netjes. Typisch spaans en heel ruim. Mooie ligging met uitzicht op Fuengirola, de zee en Mijas. Rustige omgeving met mooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad.

Pros:Only positive impressions The villa is an ideal place for the familes that do not like to spend their holidays in the overcrowded places. Perfect location - middle of the hill slope, remote from the road. It is not "posh" villa, but you've got everything you need: nice, quite place with not too small pool and more than enough space for the family of 4-5 people. Very attentive owners of the villa.
