Villa La Loupera

Rustic style villa at the far western edge of Mijas Pueblo sitting on a large plot of land.  The property is totally private, unbelievably quiet, and not overlooked at all.

The property has one main villa in which you will find, the Entrance hall with guest cloakroom.  The hall leads through to an open plan area with dining room, set with table and chairs, sitting room with sofas and a large featured fireplace, and kitchen.  There is a separate utility room with an additional fridge/freezer and large storage area.

Also on this floor you will find the Master bedroom with King size bed; an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, and small separate sitting area.  A door leads out onto the front terrace.

Stairs lead up from the ground floor to the First Floor with a second large double bedroom with a private balcony enjoying sea views, and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

The kitchen is equipped with an American style fridge freezer.

There are 3 separate terraces around the villa – one on its western side which has a comfortable terrace equipped with rattan style furniture; the main terrace at the front of the villa which has a dining table and 8 chairs, and the terrace on the eastern side of the villa which has a dining table and 6 chairs.

The grounds are extensive and there is a pizza oven.  The swimming pool has a sunbathing area around it and a covered pergola in which you will find a bar and open kitchen.

There are 3 separate individual bungalows on the grounds. 

Bungalow number 1 has a sitting room with dual air conditioning and patio doors leading out onto a terrace and the garden.  There is a bedroom with double be, and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.  This bathroom has a heated towel rail.  The bungalow has a small fridge and coffee machine.

Bungalow 2 The second bungalow has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.  There is a heated towel rail, and there is a patio door leading out from the bedroom to the terrace and garden.

Bungalow 3 The third bungalow has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail.  It has a sitting room which leads through to the bedroom with its 4 Poster Bed.  There is a fridge and coffee machine.

Features;  All bedrooms have dual air conditioning.

The villa sleeps 10 guest.
