The apartment is under new ownership and has just been refurbished. This very spacious property is light and bright with an open plan lounge leading through to the dining room and kitchen. Both the lounge and dining room have patio doors with special glass to assist in climate control and lead out onto two individual terraces that lead out directly over the pretty communal gardens and pool.
Both of the bedrooms are doubles with just installed en-suite walk in shower cubicles; and the lounge, dining room and Master bedroom all have dual air conditioning. The second bedroom is north facing and is naturally cool. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double.
The kitchen has high quality equipment including oven, combination oven/microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and air fryer - all that you need if you decide to cook some meals at home rather than dine out every day. For cooking facilities the urbanisation also has a BBQ area for guests’ use equipped with a full size BBQ, and exterior dining table and chairs.
The urbanisation has gated parking if you choose to hire a car, and there is also easy access to public transport.
This excellent apartment is easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and amenities of Mijas, making it a popular holiday home choice.
Please note the apartment is not considered suitable to any children under the age of 18 years due to its proximity to the pool which is unfenced.
Features
Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.
Pros:Had a fantastic week in mijas in May staying at La Fuenta opposite BP garage. We had a problem with our original apartment with work being carried out. Joanne did a fantastic job sorting out an alternative apartment which saved and made our holiday.We will definately use Mijas Rentals and Sales for our future holidays in this beautiful village.Thanks again Joanne and her team.
