At the rear of the ground floor is an area with table and chairs which leads through to a cave with seating are (this  property is one of Mijas' traditional "cave" houses. during the hot summer months the cave area remains cool.  Also on this floor is a bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.

 Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms both with double beds and a second bathroom.  Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning

 A further staircase leads up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views over the Mediterranean and Mijas itself. There is a hammock and table and chairs.  this is a superb area for enjoying the delights of Mijas.   The laundry room is also set on the roof terrace.
