Comfortable apartment located within just 5 minutes’ walk from the main Constitution Square in the heart of Mijas Pueblo famous for its cobble stoned streets.
Access is via a gated entrance into the terrace leading up to the front door. On entrance there is an open plan lounge with American style kitchen. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and dining table and chairs and there is a television receiving 4 English channels. Wi fi internet is available. The kitchen is well equipped including good sized fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms; the Master has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the terrace, while the second bedroom has twin beds and use of the family bathroom with shower.
With its ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout the apartment a good choice to rent at any time of year.
The terrace area is spacious with sunbeds and table and chairs for outside dining.
The communal swimming pool is set in a good sized sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade – this is a great place to relax and enjoy the superb coastal and sea views.
For those holidaymakers who have chosen to rent a car the property comes with an allocated parking space.

Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.

Pros:Perfect Base in Mijas Fabulous apartment as a base for the Mijas Pueblo Village. No car is necessary for access to the village and is only a few minutes walk. We hired a car and explored the local area too and the apartments underground parking was ideal. The pool area was lovely and clean nicely quiet and the views were amazing. Couldn't fault the apartment for anything it was spotlessly clean and such a lovely size and layout. Perfect for us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Couldn't recommend Joanne enough more than helpful on organising out holiday. This was our first trip to Mijas and we totally loved the place.
