Fabulous apartment with very large sunbathing terraces and great sea and coastal views located just a few minutes' walk from Constitution Square in the heart of Mijas Pueblo. The property is very unusual in that you enter on ground floor level but the apartment is actually a penthouse.
The apartment is light, bright and spacious and offers all home comforts. On the entrance floor you will find a spacious entrance hall, the lounge/diner which has patio doors leading out to a balcony which is partially covered and has a good sized exterior table for dining and chairs.
The kitchen is large and very well equipped, and also on this floor is a guest toilet. There is a washing machine.
Stairs lead up to the top floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds, while the second bedroom has a double bed and patio door leading out onto a very large L shaped terrace. There are 2 bathrooms: the Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and there is a second family bathroom with bath and a hairdryer.
Although located so close to all the amenities of Mijas the apartment is in a quiet part of the village. Both the lounge and bedrooms have dual air conditioning and there is also wi fi internet and English channel tv via the internet.
The views from its large sunbathing terraces are marvelous, and you will not tire of them day or night.
Mijas is located only 30 kms from Malaga city. Driving towards the village, you climb a steep and windy road that cuts its way up to the village. Very quickly, you start getting glimpses of this typically Moorish and exceptionally beautiful white-washed village. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting scene. Mijas was declared an Historic-Artistic village in 1969 and has been authentically preserved ever since.

What a View Very comfortable and well equipped. Certainly big enoug for 4 adults with space to spare. Very good terrace although because of the sun and the position of the downstairs terrace a sun umbrella would have been an added advantage here due to the sun setting in the west it was very hot sitting on the terrace in the late afternoon even in late September.
We have just returned from a 10 day break in Mijas Pueblo organised through Joanne at Mijas Rentals and Sales. Firstly I would like to say that Joanne was professional, efficient, friendly and worked very hard to find us what we wanted. Joanne's service was second to none and we wouldn't hesitate in organising another visit with Joanne. Secondly, the property. Vista Mar Penthouse on Calle Cristobal Alarcon down the old end of the village. What a beautiful property, maintained by the owners in tip top condition and with every facility you could wish for. Full kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, full oven and hob, coffee maker and I could go on... Instant hot water all day supplied by an LPG boiler. Broadband, Internet TV, films, UK channels plus many others. 2 bedrooms each extremely well furnished, lots of storage space and comfortable beds. 2 full bathrooms, again well maintained. Finally the views are simply stunning from both the terrace and the roof terrace as this is a duplex Penthouse. Straight down over the fabulous countryside all the way down to Fuengirola and The Mediterranean.
